Product Description

The CFA Soda 1 carbon dioxide transfer unit with a floor scale is an economical and effective way of filling:

• SODA-type cartridges for carbonated beverage dispensers,
• Cylinders and fire extinguishers with a filling mass of up to 6 kg.

The CFA Soda 1 carbon dioxide transfer unit is equipped with a filling head, allowing for the filling of SODA-type cartridges both with a thread and a quick connector.

Carbon dioxide is extracted in liquid form from a cylinder or bundle and transferred to the filled cylinder or cartridge.

Advantages:

• Precise, safe, and economical filling of small and medium CO2 cartridges and cylinders,
• Highly efficient use of CO2 (minimal losses during filling),
• Built-in electronic scale with an automatic shutoff.
• The device is supplied with a hose for connecting the supply cylinder.

The filling process is controlled by a weight controller, which shuts off the transfer unit upon reaching the programmed filling weight.

Approximate filling capacity of SODA cartridges: 60-80 pcs/hour.

Electronic floor scale included:

The device is equipped with a floor scale.

This allows for filling cylinders with a capacity of up to 6 kg of CO2.

The floor scale consists of the following elements:

• A powder-coated frame with mounting for the weighing platform,
• A weighing platform with a weighing range up to 30 kg, along with a cylinder holder,
• A filling head for convenient screwing of cylinders along with a pressure hose.

The platform scale is electrically and hydraulically connected to the CFA 1 transfer unit, where the entire filling process is controlled by a weight controller located on the device’s console.

Upon reaching the programmed filling mass (e.g., 6kg), the pump automatically shuts off.
