Installation of the pump and CO2 tank at the customer’s site

In March 2024, we installed a stationary CO2 tank together with a CTA pump at our client’s site.

This solution has enabled:

• a reduction in CO2 purchase costs of more than 70%
• a significant increase in productivity when filling soda cartridges
• elimination of CO2 degassing losses in cylinders
• savings in the time it takes to deliver cylinders of CO2

The CTA transfer pump takes CO2 from the stationary tank, pressurises it and sends it to theCFA 1 transferee.

The soda-type cartridges are then filled using the CFA 1 overpressor.

The solution is suitable for further development, as further CFA j1 overpressors can be added to the system to create further cylinder filling stations.
